Activities
Ongoing Activities:
1. Implementation Phase of Rural Water Supply and Sanitation education programme is running in remote areas of Rolpa and Rukum districts. It includes six sub-project schemes.
2. Income generation, socio- economic community infrastructure, enterprise development, Capacity building, institutional development related activities are being implemented in Pyuthan and Parsa district under Poverty Alleviation Fund (PAF) project.
3. Constituencies, VDCs and Municipality level Women's Democratic Network are emerging in various districts of Nepal under the umbrella of Women's Democratic Networks (Central and district Committee) with technical and financial support of RSN and local governments.
4. RSN is complementing open defecation free campaign in Bardiya district by implementing "School Health and Hygiene Programme" with support of UN-Habitat. The programme covers all 31 VDCs and follows School Led Total Sanitation approach.
5. "Local Self Governance and community development programme" is being implemented in Birgung Sub-metropolitan City to help the Urban population to achieve sustainable, transparent and equitable development facilities.
